This photo of mine was published a while ago, but with being in labor and living in the hospital and then having two newborns at home, I never got around to posting it. One of my friends recognized “little Emma” as Annika when she saw the magazine on a newstand and I was thrilled. I wish I could say that I did the whole scrapbook page, but my creative abilities don’t go quite that far.
The title of this post did not refer to my magazine publication, however. I am much more excited about being featured as a guest blogger on my friend Cristine’s amazing cooking blog. Check it out here!

Cristine - Look at that! Little “Emma” is famous!
I love that picture of Anni, by the way!
And thanks for the guest blogger posts!
Britteny - Well, it was only a matter of time before you were published. Congrats, you totally deserve it!!!!!
Heather - I totally saw this and stared for a LONG time at it trying to decide if it was really Annika!! I kept telling myself it was, but I tried to look hard and find out who submitted it, and couldn’t, so I then kept trying to talk myself out of it! How funny! Did people at Creating Keepsakes ask you for it or do you have amazing scrapbooking friends? Congrats on both photos and recipes being published – very fun!
Erica Holland Photography - My aunt worked at Creating Keepsakes at the time and told me that they were looking for a winter cover (this was early in the fall) so I submitted this picture and it was selected for the special issue. On the inside cover they have the picture again with “Erica Holland Photography” on the side. It was very exciting to see my name in print!
Monica - HOw cool is that!!! When was that published b/c I totally get that magazine now!! My Mother in law gave the subscription to me as a Christmas gift and I LOVE it!!! Too cool!
