Can you believe these girls are six months old already? (Almost seven – I am a little behind in my blogging). I feel like I just brought them home yesterday. They’ve been a little more difficult for me lately. They don’t quite sit up yet, which makes it hard to play with both of them at the same time. However, they don’t sleep all day anymore and they aren’t so content to just lay around. Thank goodness for Annika. Even though her love borders on abuse, they always laugh and smile when she is around. I must ask her a million times a day to “please go play with your sisters so they will stop crying.” She rarely says no and can almost always make them happy. We started solid foods and one of her favorite things is to feed her sisters “cereal.” It makes a huge mess, and I am pretty sure they have gotten a spoonful of cereal in the eye a couple of times, but it gives me a few minutes to finish dinner. We are working on teaching Annika to change their diapers. Now if I could just get her to do dishes and laundry too . . .
